Did you know?

By 2020, over £100bn will be spent in the UK on building new infrastructure. In London this is represented by;

7 major roads building and improvement projects including M4 J2-12 managed scheme, upgrades to M20 and a Lower Thames crossing.

5 railway projects including completion of ThamesLink, Crossrail and the early works upon High Speed II and Crossrail II.

Major building investment in building more housing, community services and infrastructure services such as the Thames Tideway.

Apprenticeships are one of the priorities within the Mayor of London’s ambition for London 2020. The aim is to create 250,000 apprenticeships by 2016 and the same again by 2020.

Programme Features

Demanding higher level learning

There will be challenging learning days where learners will define, develop, manage and qualify in project management using the national framework

for apprentice project managers

Award-winning pastoral development

Learners will have regular pastoral development sessions with a coach and further access to award winning personal support services.

Thought-provoking professionals

Planned visits from industry professionals to speak with learners and provide much needed context including Karen Leftley, Ryan Ramsey, Robina Sutch, Nigel Owens, Alastair Godbold and Anna Williamson.

Opportunity to achieve 3 qualifications

Whilst on programme, learners can achieve the EAL Level 4 Diploma, the APM Project Management Qualification and the Higher Apprenticeship Certificate.
